Rice Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients (for 2/4 people)

  • 2 red peppers.
  • Two pots of rice.
  • 1/2 can crushed tomatoes.
  • 100g lean on squares.
  • Sal.
  • Pepper.
  • A spoonful of sugar.
  • Coloring.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • Olive oil.

Instructions:

  • Fry the tomato, garlic and bay leaf.
  • Add lean and a little sugar Season.
  • Add the rice and cook 10 minutes.
  • Add food coloring.
  • Clean and drain the peppers.
  • Fill and cover.
  • Wrap in foil.
  • Bake at 180 degrees an hour.
  • Stand in the oven.
